Our journey into short term rentals (STRs) was one those happy mistakes. It all started with our West London properties, a development where converted a 2 bed house into 4 self-contained flats. As the saying goes ‘we didn’t know what we didn’t know’ it was quite a ride and a real labour of love. Originally, we intended to sell the flats, but we fell in love with them and decided to keep all four.
We are STR superfans! We have travelled all over the world, staying in some amazing properties with some fabulous hosts. We know the things we love, and the things we were not so keen on, and have tried to incorporate these ideas into the way in which we operate Direct 2 Hosts. We offer homes that are comfortable, central with good transportation links, offering all the amenities you need to make you feel you are staying in a home away from home.
When you add our passion for travel and STRs to our experiences as STR hosts., we strongly believe we are in great position to partner with property owners that want get involved in the STR business. Many property-owners have neither the time or the inclination to undertake the considerable amount of work and spending it takes to get up and running. However, they still find the higher yields while maintaining greater control of their property, attractive. We can help, we have skin is this game, and think like an owner when it comes to working with our partners.
